Our Policies

ORDER PROCESSING
We will process all orders within 72 hours. If for some reason there will be a delay, you will hear from us.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We want you to be a Happy Monkey, so if you have any issues with your purchase, send it back and we’ll either replace the item or refund your money within 14 days of receiving your request. There are a few exceptions:

* Intimates cannot be returned unless defective.
* Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

To exchange or return anything… send us an email (customerservice at happymonkey.biz) and we will make it right.

You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, because we will not be responsible for lost packages.
